Responsibilities

• Perform Receiving, In-Process and Final inspection on aircraft component maintenance and modification works.
• Ensure QC equipment and machines are well maintained and calibrated.
• Release maintenance parts after inspection internally.
• Manage Quarantine Store.
• Ensure maintenance works performed comply with the latest Maintenance Data and have been carried out in accordance with the Process Sheet.
• Prepare and Review Maintenance Documents for the Quality Manager and Certifying Staff.
• Ensure completed work-packs and maintenance of the Technical Library.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements when working with maintenance activities.
• Assist Operations Engineer with other tasks as required by supervisor or company.

Requirements

1. Able to read, write and understand English.
2. Able to understand Part 145 regulations related to workshop operation and inspections.
3. Able to navigate a CMM to access and interpret maintenance data such as List of Effective Pages (LEP), Illustrated Parts List (IPL) and Maintenance Instructions related to the work scope.
