Job description

• Company located at Changi Airfreight Centre
• Working hours: 5.5 Days (Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm), Saturday WFH

Job Scope

• Supervise a small team, ensure shipments are arranged on time, maintain compliance with trade regulations, and support smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supervise daily export, and transshipment operations
• Mentor and manage a small team of freight staff
• Coordinate with internal teams: sales, finance, and warehouse
• Handle client and vendor communications; resolve service issues
• Negotiate freight rates and agreements with vendors and business partners
• Ensure accurate shipment documentation and compliance with regulations
• Monitor operational KPIs and suggest process improvements

Requirement

• NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
• Possess Certified Customs Declarant or Dangerous Goods certification will be advantageous
