AM Aerospace, headquartered in Singapore, is a well-established aerospace fastener and C-parts distributor, serving
leading OEMs, engine manufacturers, aerostructure suppliers, and Tier-1/Tier-2 subcontractors across the region since 1987.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will own and grow a defined portfolio of aerospace customers while developing new accounts and programs across Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
This is a front-line commercial role with real autonomy—ideal for someone who enjoys being close to customers, understands engineered components, and wants to help shape regional growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with aerospace OEMs, MROs, and manufacturing subcontractors
- Drive revenue growth through new business development, RFQs, LTA/program awards, and account penetration
- Promote and sell aerospace fasteners, C-class components, and engineered parts, working closely with quality and supply-chain teams
- Identify opportunities to introduce new product lines and suppliers aligned with AM Aerospace’s strategy
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract terms, and negotiations
- Coordinate internally to support on-time delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to regional sales planning, forecasting, and market intelligence
- Travel within the region to support customers, site visits, and business development activities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience; aerospace or industrial distribution experience strongly preferred
- Background in aerospace fasteners, C-parts, engineered components, or MRO supply chains is a major advantage
- Technical or engineering education (or equivalent hands‑on experience) preferred
- Proven ability to manage accounts, close new business, and grow share of wallet
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor, not just a supplier
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Results‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently across geographies
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within Asia‑Pacific
