Qualifications

The Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team is looking for highly motivated team players with strong corporate finance skills to support growing leveraged financing activity for private equity sponsor clients. The individuals will be based in Singapore and will cover the client base for South and Southeast Asia respectively.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Support execution of leveraged financing transactions for financial sponsor clients
• Undertake financial modelling and credit diligence, prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval and other processes
• Prepare client presentations and support client relationship development through deal execution and pitching
• Assist with review / negotiate legal documentation incl. commitments papers and credit agreements

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• For Administrator level:
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in corporate finance and/or financial advisory experience
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in financial modelling, credit analysis and documentation
• For Analyst level:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate finance and/or financial advisory experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial modelling, credit analysis and documentation
• For Associate level:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate finance and/or financial advisory experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial modelling, credit analysis and documentation
• The positions will require experience with stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments
