Job description
  • Position : Administrative Executive (Logistics) – Up to $3,500 – Beach Road

  • Location : Beach Road

  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week, Monday to Friday – 8.30AM to 6.00PM

  • Salary : Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus + 13 Days Annual Leave + 1 Day Birthday Leave Annually + Medical & Insurance Benefits

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Import & Export

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle TradeNet declarations and manage DG cargo licenses in line with NEA requirements.

  • Track orders, monitor inventory, and activate POs based on customer needs and stock levels.

  • Oversee customer forecasts, submit consumption reports, and support inventory planning.

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s products and services, and secure appointments for the sales team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, preferably within an MNC or SME in Singapore.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or MS Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with TradeNet, Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, and Singapore logistics compliance is a plus.

  • Candiate needs to have Mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
