Job description

Job Purpose

To perform full range of administrative functions and support head of department and the various teams (under the department) for smooth running of the Home Healthcare Team.

Responsibilities

Specific:

  • Responsible for maintaining a systematic means of archiving paper and electronic documents and files.

  • Track, monitor, organize and manage HHT inventory.

  • Manage and ensure adequate supply of consumables according to par levels and utilization charging compliance.

  • Manage payment and purchase requisition requests.

  • Project, manage and monitor annual budget with Nurse Manager.

  • Prepare, tabulate and submit Nurses' claims.

  • Liaise with other HODs and staff on general administrative matters in relation to supervisor's area of work.

  • Record, update and follow-up on staff personal data and issues.

  • Handle electronic submission of statistics to relevant authorities/institutions.

General:

  • Ensure clean and neat office environment.

  • Report and follow-up, until resolved, any repairs or service of equipment malfunction and environmental defects.

  • Handle day-to-day operations of the department.

  • Participate in hospital activities and outreach programs to the community.

  • Assist in service-quality related initiatives, corporate functions and projects.

  • Other duties assigned by the Department.

Requirements

  • Degree in Healthcare Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferable in the healthcare setting.

  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and willing to go the extra mile to reach challenging goals within very tight timelines.

  • Posses good interpersonal skills.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal an written.

  • Able to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.

  • Able to work under pressure in a complex environment.
