About the Role

If you’re organised, enjoy coordinating details, and like supporting a team, this role is a good fit.

We’re looking for an Administrative Executive (Eldercare Support Team) to support the Director of Care Services and the Eldercare Support team. You’ll help with scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation and reporting, and general administrative support that keeps our Active Ageing Centres (AACs) running smoothly.

This role is suitable for fresh diploma graduates or those returning to work. Training and guidance will be provided along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Admin & Office Support

  • Assist with daily admin tasks for the Director and team

  • Support calendar scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements

  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track follow-up actions

  • Organise files and documentation (digital and physical)

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Help prepare reports and documents for internal and external reporting (e.g. MOH, AIC)

  • Track deadlines and support timely submissions

  • Ensure documents are properly recorded, accurate, and kept confidential

  • Learn requirements set by government agencies related to AAC services and eldercare, and support compliance in day-to-day work (guidance provided)

3. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate logistics meetings and stakeholder visits (venue, materials, attendance, etc.)

  • Support data collation and basic tracking updates when needed

  • Assist with simple process improvements to make admin workflows more efficient

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have years of experience. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and has good attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Social Services, or related fields

  • Fresh grads are welcome (admin experience is a plus, but not required)

  • Comfortable with basic documentation and using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Comfortable working with different people and coordinating across teams

  • Willing to learn systems and reporting requirements
    (Familiarity with systems like IRMS / BRIGHT / ILTC is a bonus. Training can be provided.)
