Job Responsibilities

• Processed Vehicle Purchase Agreements, coordinated settlements and liaised with dealers on collections and payments.
• Obtain approvals on verified finance documents and managed Vehicle Delivery Requests submissions to Finance.
• Maintained accurate system updates, filing and overall documentation compliance.

Job Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Officer in the automotive industry or related field.
• Min. O’ levels or equivalent qualification.
