Job description

We are seeking a motivated self-starter for an entry level administrative position in our company. You will be part of a core administrative support team and will be trained in Facility, Purchasing, Leasing and Customer Service.

You will work closely with the Facility and Leasing teams, so strong communications skills are a must. We strongly prefer proactive & hardworking candidates that are able to manage a broad scope of work duties.

Your responsibilities may include one or more of the following areas:
  • Information/record management including maintaining date and records
  • Support in office management and general administration duties
  • Coordinate and support the team's workflows and processes
Job requirement:
  • Min GCE A Level / Diploma holder
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Available on weekends and public holidays, and able to attend to calls after office hours as needed
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
  • Resourceful, independent and self-motivated
  • Good communication and co-ordination skills
  • Able to multi-task
