A management company in Singapore is seeking a Secretary to provide support to the Director. The role includes preparing meeting materials, managing email correspondences, and performing general administrative duties. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with experience in the F&B industry. The ideal candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the Director, including screening of calls, scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Management of email correspondences, drafting of replies
- Attending to guests and visitors - Preparation for meetings
- Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.
- General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and highly-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Have initiative, independent and well-organised - Enjoy communicating with people
