Job summary

A local recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support with sales administration, bookkeeping, and daily office tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administrative duties and should be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. This position offers a perm role with a competitive salary and various benefits including annual leave and performance bonuses.

Overview
  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Admiralty
  • Working hours: 5.25 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Alternate Saturday: 9.00AM to 1.00pm
  • Salary: Up to $3,300 + Transport Reimbursements + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Perm
