As we expand, we are seeking a versatile and driven professional to take on a hybrid role that combines administration, marketing, and business strategy support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare environment and is keen to contribute to both operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Operations

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations.
  • Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and reporting between clinics and management

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote clinic services.
  • Manage the group’s social media presence, website updates, and digital content.
  • Develop promotional materials, newsletters, and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

Business Strategy & Growth Support

  • Assist management in preparing business plans, presentations, and reports.
  • Support strategy implementation for clinic expansion, partnerships, and patient acquisition.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to align operations with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration or marketing (healthcare/clinic experience an advantage).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and patients.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a multi-clinic environment.
