A dynamic company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee administrative and office operations. Responsibilities include supervising accounts and administrative teams, managing document control and vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a structured working environment from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of administrative and office operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Supervise and guide the administrative and accounts team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Manage office administration matters including document control, procurement of office supplies, vendor management and coordination of deliveries.
Review and approve quotations, purchase orders, invoices and payments prior to management approval.
Oversee basic accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations and monthly statements of account.
Monitor and review the Company’s bank transactions and cash flow.
Coordinate and ensure timely submission of statutory requirements such as CPF contributions, IR8A, employee leave records and claims.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in month-end closing activities, including general journal entries and reconciliation schedules.
Develop, review and improve administrative and accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide support in HR-related matters, including staff records, onboarding and general HR administration.
Plan, coordinate and support company events and internal activities.
Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in administration and/or accounts, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and statutory requirements in Singapore (CPF, IR8A, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
Experience in managing administrative or accounting teams will be an advantage.
