Job description

Work Arrangement:

Salary: $3,300

Working Duration: 31 August 2026

Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 6:00pm

Work Location: Novena

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to achieve results in getting the desired number of verifying data from the respondents
  • Handle any complaints referred by the Verification Officer
  • Verify data and amend query checks to ensure quality of data
  • Handle 'refusal' cases
  • Send email to respondents with incomplete data entry and updates on the daily statistics on the number of completed cases and present the findings
  • Conduct training for teammates to ensure effective execution
  • Setting daily targets and goals to meet the desired deadline Communicate effectively with teammates and ensure everyone has a common goal to achieve team results
  • Outbound call to respondent for verification of data
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have relevant experience with proven record in leadership role
  • Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience in handling projects and meet timeline
  • Must be detailed and ensure data accuracy
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with coaching or training
  • Comfortable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight project timelines
  • Able to handle unexpected situations and provide appropriate solutions to stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel (Knowledge on Pivot table & vLookup will be added advantage)
