  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, receipts, and supplier/customer accounts to support smooth administrative processes.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records, track expenses, and process employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and support external audits, including GST return filing.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and expenditure management to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Maintain daily inventory records and provide support for procurement cycles.
