Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented personnel to support survey operations and general office duties. If you are comfortable with data entry, and able to handle administrative tasks independently, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Printing, folding, and mailing survey forms to respondents

  • Daily collection and sorting of faxes and mail

  • Data entry of completed survey returns

  • Handling telephone enquiries from respondents

  • Supporting general administrative and office tasks

Requirements
  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word)

  • Detail-oriented and organised

  • Comfortable handling administrative and data entry tasks

  • Good communication skills to manage phone enquiries
