Our client, a leading Japanese company in security and communication systems, is seeking an Admin Assistant (1-Year Contract / Part-Time) to support their office operations. This role offers flexibility through a 1-year contract or part-time arrangement, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position based on performance. You will report directly to the Admin Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Support ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
What you will receive
  • For Contract Employment:
    • AWS
    • Variable Bonus (based on company and individual performance)

  • For Part-time Employment:

    • Work Schedule: 2–3 days per week (to be confirmed)
    • Insurance Coverage: Group Hospital & Surgical, Public Liability, and Personal Accident Insurance (under review and subject to confirmation)
