Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin and Customer Service Officer to ensure accurate processing of Notarial Certificates and provide exceptional support to customers. Responsibilities include conducting thorough verifications on documents, addressing inquiries, and assisting with online payment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, aimed at enhancing the customer experience. Working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5.30pm, Friday: 8am to 5pm.

Admin and Customer Service Officer (Legalisation, Academy of Law)

This position will start off as 1 year contract.

Location:

SAL at The Adelphi (Next to City Hall MRT)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of Notarial Certificate procedures prior to document authentication.
  • Conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government‑issued documents before processing them for Apostille.
  • Provide exceptional, responsive customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist customers and members of the public with online payment processes.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through walk‑ins and emails.
  • Address customer challenges or concerns related to Notarial Certificates and document legalisation.
  • Support counter operations by assisting with general and technical issues, escalating matters as needed before opening.
  • Administrative support (including data entry) to the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain and update records in the Stakeholding System and SharePoint.

Working Hour:

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5.30pm, Friday: 8am to 5pm
