Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Admin to join our growing team. You will be the engine behind our online presence, ensuring our products are listed beautifully, our stock levels are healthy, and our customers are happy. If you love a mix of creative digital work and organized logistics, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Management: Upload and manage product listings on Shopify and Shopee, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality imagery.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across all platforms and perform regular inventory reconciliations.
  • Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers to restock inventory, manage purchase orders, and track incoming shipments to ensure zero "out-of-stock" scenarios.
  • Customer Service: Act as the voice of our brand by responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and marketplace platforms (Shopee Chat).
  • Order Operations: Assist in ensuring smooth order flow from the moment a customer clicks "buy" to the moment the package arrives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience managing Shopify or Shopee/Lazada backends is highly preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic image editing (for product uploads) and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, helpful tone for customer interactions.
