Roles & Responsibilities

• Support, manage and coordinate ACMV / Mechanical works for building / industrial construction projects
• Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for ACMV / Mechanical-system works.
• Report on progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor in a Managerial capacity
• Diploma / NITEC and above in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline
• Comfortable with 5.5-Days Workweek
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
