• Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.
• Assist with annual audit and tax filing.

Job description

• Perform daily accounting and finance tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger management, tax, and bank reconciliation (on a rotational basis).
• Oversee CAPEX and Fixed Assets processes.
• Ensure timely closing processes and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
• Manage monthly journal entries, audit schedules, and lease-related matters.
• Prepare and submit reports promptly as assigned.
• Handle quarterly GST reporting (on a rotational basis).
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties, including financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, local tax authorities, government bodies, vendors, and related stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with the annual audit, tax filing (corporate and withholding), and any ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Support system implementations and contribute to process improvements.
• Analyze accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes in line with corporate guidelines.
