We are seeking a hands‑on and driven Accounts Manager to manage full‑set accounts and support the company’s growth. This role offers a clear pathway to Assistant Finance Manager and Finance Manager positions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-set accounts, execute month-end closing, and deliver accurate financial reports with clear variance analysis to support informed decision‑making
  • Proactively lead accounts receivable (AR) collections by chairing AR meetings with Sales and driving timely follow‑ups to optimize cash flow
  • Oversee GST filing, monitor cash flow, and perform bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Management, bankers, and external parties to ensure seamless financial operations and communication
  • Prepare unaudited financial statements and coordinate audit preparation activities to support statutory compliance
  • Coordinate company secretarial renewals, rental agreement renewals, and SME insurance renewals to ensure timely compliance and risk management
  • Enforce budget discipline and support management in cost control initiatives to drive financial efficiency and business growth
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree/ACCA qualification in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Navision/Business Central software (advantage)
  • Strong discipline in AR follow‑up and meticulous financial reporting skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders independently
