Job summary

A prominent mobility solution provider in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their growing team. The role involves data entry, document management, and basic accounting tasks, catering to a dynamic environment with a focus on vehicle leasing and services. Qualifications

  • At least GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in accounts receivable (AR) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, document filing, and organize records.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners on operation matters.
  • Perform basic accounting duties including issuing invoices, managing cashbook, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and petty cash.
  • Support the accounts department with monthly financial closing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform data entry, document filing, and organize records
