Job summary

The role involves ensuring GST compliance, performing bookkeeping, and managing accounts payable/receivable. Overview

Our client is a leading global provider of digital cinema solutions, with the largest media server install base in Asia-Pacific and the second-largest worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC accounting operations
• Ensure GST/tax compliance for imports and exports
• Perform bookkeeping and data entry
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and tax filings (GST & income tax)
• Prepare monthly consolidation reports and assist with month/year-end closing
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
• Handle filing and ad-hoc accounting tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Accounting, LCCI, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Familiar with Epicor ERP system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
