Job summary

A leading air-conditioning and electrical company in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage full set of accounts. The role requires handling day-to-day finance operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Singapore’s accounting standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in full set of Accounts.
• Able to work independently and possess good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handling full set of Accounts.

• Prepare regular financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet.
• Ensure timely submission of corporate tax and statutory filings.

Job Description:

· Handling full set of Accounts

· Performing day-to-day finance operations such as month end closing, year end closing and bank reconciliation

· Prepare regular financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow statement, and any other ad-hoc reports as required

· Ensure timely submission of corporate tax, GST and other statutory filings

· Ensure proper accounting procedures, internal & credit controls are in place

· Ensure accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting deadline

· To work with external auditors

· To analyze, compile and present management information for managerial decision making

· To identify and calculate both financial and non-financial performance measures for reporting on the organization’s performance

· To work with Operations team on their project budget and performance

· Ensure compliance with Singapore’s accounting standards, tax law, and regulatory requirements

· Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast

Job Requirements:
