Overview

The Accounts Assistant Manager / Manager will lead a team of 4 while supporting the clients' requirements. You will be reviewing your team members' work to ensure accuracy. This is a great opportunity if you'd like to move into a supervisory / leadership position.

Description
  • Lead and manage a team of accounting and tax executives, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within filing due dates
  • Review full sets of accounts and GST reports
  • Review unaudited financial statements and corporate tax computations
  • Ensure all client deliverables and statutory deadlines are met consistently
  • Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with clients
  • Support the sales team in daily and ongoing operations, including documentation, client onboarding, grant application support, follow-ups on meeting deadlines, and coordination
  • Assist in preparing quotations, billings, and communicating service deliverables to clients
Profile
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience in accounting/audit firms
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST requirements and corporate tax regulations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
