Job description

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records

• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial analyses

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies

• Work closely with the finance team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

• Provide financial and operational support to other departments as needed

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the services industry

• Strong technical accounting skills with a keen eye for detail

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
