Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts and monthly/year-end financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Coordinate with external parties to handle statutory filings (e.g., ACRA, IRAS) and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Provide training and review support to local finance staff on daily accounting procedures.
• Assist with the budgeting and financial planning process for the Singapore entity in collaboration with the head office.
• Deliver timely and accurate management accounts to support reporting and business analysis.
• Stay informed of local tax and accounting regulations; support applications for tax incentives or government policies where applicable.
• Assist in preparing tax reports, audit schedules, and respond to related regulatory requirements.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks and assignments as instructed by management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Auditing or related fields
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) as working languages
