As an Account Executive Platform Sales, you will help organizations and people grow together through transformative learning experiences powered by Percipio. The next-generation Percipio platform unifies learning, real-time skills intelligence, interactive learning experiences, and AI-powered content creation, giving leaders visibility and control in a world where adaptability is everything.
In this role, you will prospect for new opportunities within a base of customers, applying a hunter mentality with a strategic, value-driven, solution-selling approach. You’ll leverage Percipio’s ability to measure and close skills gaps across both humans and AI, directly linking workforce capability to measurable business outcomes. You’ll grow an ambitious pipeline through outbound prospecting, creativity, and hard work, navigating complex organizations and selling to multiple decision-makers, including the C-suite.
