Job Description:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships built on trust and results.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound efforts.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and brand direction; proactively propose APEX solutions that align with their goals.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and consistent delivery excellence.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams — including Events, Productions, Digital, and Creatives — to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying potential risks early and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and reviews for clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell APEX services within existing accounts (e.g., converting an events client into a digital or retainer engagement).
- Assist in developing and executing business proposals, pitches, and presentations for new and existing clients.
- Support contract negotiations and deal closures where applicable.
- Gather and share client insights and feedback to help refine APEX’s offerings and service quality.
- Provide consistent account performance reports and updates to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years in account management, client servicing, or marketing/advertising agency role.
- Prior exposure to events, media production, or digital marketing projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
