Job summary

A building and construction firm in Singapore is seeking an Account Assistant/Admin Assistant to support project management and general office tasks. Key responsibilities include preparing quotations and coordinating with suppliers. Candidates should hold a diploma in Business Administration or Accounting and have proficiency in MS Office.   • Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided at Joo Koon MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (9.00am - 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, simple design ideas, and work schedules.
  • Manage projects and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Provide general office admin support and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Issue invoices, record customer payments, and handle basic billing tasks.
  • Check and verify staff petty cash claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
