Job description

Overview

The Academic Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the academic team to ensure proper workflow and timely completion of tasks. You will provide leadership in managing daily operations, assigning responsibilities, and supervising team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Quality assurance: monitor and evaluate the quality of training programs to ensure all instructional materials and teaching methods meet high standards; implement continuous improvement processes to deliver top-tier education.
  • Curriculum development: design, update, and refine curricula aligned with the latest STEM advancements; incorporate practical, hands-on learning experiences; ensure the curriculum is dynamic, engaging, and caters to diverse learners.
  • Mentoring and training: develop and implement training programs for faculty and academic staff to enhance their skills; provide ongoing support and mentorship to foster professional growth within the team.
  • Technology integration: research and adopt innovative tools to improve program quality and relevance (e.g., 3D printing and PCB boards); lead the integration of these technologies into the curriculum.
  • Project and task management: manage academic projects from inception to completion; coordinate among team members, track progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Collaboration and communication: coordinate with directors of operations and events to ensure successful execution of STEM programs; maintain open communication with internal stakeholders to align on academic goals.
Position Details

This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus. The work location is in person.
