Overview

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the design, execution, and administration of learning programs across the APAC region. This detail-oriented and service-driven role ensures training initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination & Delivery — Organize and execute in-person, virtual, and e-learning sessions.
  • Logistics & Facilitation — Manage calendars, venues, tech setup, catering, and facilitator coordination.
  • Participant Support — Serve as the main contact for participants, handling registration, communication, and follow-ups.
  • L&D Communication — Promote learning initiatives through various channels.
  • Engagement & Campaigns — Develop engaging internal communication campaigns (emails, flyers, intranet posts).
  • Events — Coordinate learning events like webinars and lunch & learns.
  • Vendor & Budget Management — Manage relationships with external training vendors.
  • Procurement & Finance — Handle procurement, negotiate contracts, track invoices, and manage budgets.
  • Vendor Performance — Maintain vendor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Reporting & Compliance — Generate regular and ad hoc L&D reports, including training impact and needs.
  • Governance — Support internal audit, compliance, and risk reporting requirements.
  • Operational Controls — Contribute to operational control and incident reporting in line with policies.
