About the role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant (Contract & Staffing Division) at ORIENTAL AVIATION INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD', you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top talent for our clients in the various industries. Working in a full-time, office-based role in the Novena Central Region, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle - from identifying candidate needs to securing successful hires.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
2. Source, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media and networking
3. Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing offers and onboarding new hires
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
5. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly recruitment targetsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

1. At least 1 years of experience in a full life-cycle recruitment role
2. Strong networking, sourcing and candidate engagement skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients and candidates
