A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to oversee department KPIs, staff training, and maintain technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business management or engineering, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel reporting. Responsibilities include managing personnel reviews, conducting root cause analysis, and providing accurate cost estimates to ensure project profitability.
Creates/tracks/manages department KPIs, trends, goals & objectives within department.
Trains and develops and inspires supervisors, leads, and technicians.
Creation and maintenance of all technical documentation (Drawings, Models, NPI’s, SOP’s, OMS, etc.)
Maintains & continuously improves processes through ISO documented procedures.
Deep understanding of ERP/MRP systems and data integrity
Responsible for root cause analysis and resolution through CAR, & OFI processes
Maintains/tracks ECO’s, & EOL, communicate with internal & customers for projects and RFQ.
Utilizes checklists to validate teams, review all standards and requirements.
Establishes cost, labor, list price, and lead-time standards that deliver consistent timely quotes.
Improves upon supplier’s standard pricing with a focus on sourcing the highest value/low cost.
Delivers prompt accurate cost estimates that ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Handles personnel reviews and assessment
Degree in business management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data and Microsoft Excel reporting
Experience in ERP/MRP projects and able to interpret technical drawings, BOM’s and procedures.
