Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic fluency is a plus.

Job description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Review purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders accurately
  • Source and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the storeroom team to avoid shortages
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and competitive pricing
  • Verify quality of goods received and address discrepancies with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, including contracts and invoices
  • Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and cost analysis
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs
