A global hospitality organization seeks a Director, Capital Planning & Projects, to plan and execute Property Improvement Plans for managed hotels in Saudi Arabia. This role involves engaging resources to ensure project goals are met while maintaining brand quality and safety standards. Candidates must have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and at least 10 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or project management is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of direct work experience in senior project/design management.
• Experience within an international/global organization, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of KSA and MEA business environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) for hotels in KSA.
• Engage internal and external resources for project delivery.
• Manage the 5-year Capital planning process for IHG’s Managed Estate.
