Job Description
We seek a strategic, ambitious senior leader to shape the future of digital marketing for our iconic hotels.
As Cluster Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the annual digital plan and budget for hotels across direct and indirect channels.
- Contributing to hotel strategy by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B teams.
- Creating quarterly and yearly digital marketing plans covering all digital channels and strategies (direct and indirect).
- Planning and executing digital marketing activities such as SEO/SEA, email marketing, social media, display advertising, metasearch, and influencer collaborations.
- Reporting and analyzing web performance across direct and indirect channels.
- Measuring campaign performance against goals, ROI, and KPIs.
- Ensuring hotel presence on key social platforms relevant to target markets and overseeing social content creation.
- Managing CRM and email marketing campaigns using third-party tools for rooms, F&B, and other outlets, aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Monitoring and supporting rate parity across distribution channels in collaboration with Revenue teams.
- Managing the online reputation of hotels.
- Regularly reviewing competitors' content and offerings to maintain competitiveness.
- Identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Brainstorming innovative growth strategies.
- Utilizing analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across channels and touchpoints.
- Ensuring visibility and usage of the Accor App across hotels.
- Collaborating with agencies and vendors.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and providing leadership on their adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing within hospitality or retail sectors.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Communications.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.
- Energetic, passionate, and innovative in approach.
