Job Description

1. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues.
2. Prepare and serve all food items for à la carte and buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.
3. Maintain proper rotation of products in all chillers to minimize wastage and spoilage.
4. Produce puddings, icings, and fancy pastries.
5. Prepare cakes, petits fours, flans, pies, hot, cold, and frozen desserts.
6. Prepare yeast-raised pastries like croissants, brioche, and Danish pastries.
7. Prepare, decorate, and present gateaux, tortes, and cakes.
8. Use thickening agents in pastry cream, mousses, and sauces.
9. Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
10. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
11. Minimize food waste through proper rotation, labeling, and storage.
12. Promote teamwork and morale within the kitchen and across departments.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• The Tamayyaz Program is exclusively for Saudi nationals.
• Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic English skills are required.
• Strong passion for the hospitality field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who contributes proactively to colleagues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on departmental needs.
