Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing daily operations of the Finance department
  2. Directing financial planning and budget management functions
  3. Analyzing monthly operating results against budget and preparing financial forecasts
  4. Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with local and international standards
  5. Implementing and maintaining internal controls and financial processes
  6. Managing cash flow and working capital to optimize performance
  7. Coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely audits
  8. Providing strategic financial advice to senior management
  9. Overseeing tax planning and compliance with Saudi regulations
  10. Developing and mentoring finance team members
  11. Collaborating with other departments to drive efficiency and cost savings
  12. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data

Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
  • At least 7 years of financial management experience, including 3 in a senior role
  • Deep knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in advanced accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in optimizing financial processes and controls
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
