Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our prestigious hotel operations in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As the primary strategic leader, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial success, and operational excellence.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
  • Drive hotel performance including revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering collaboration and customer focus
  • Oversee all departments: rooms, F&B, sales & marketing, finance, HR
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and costs to maximize profits
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders such as owners, corporate leadership, and local partners
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operations
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and within the local community
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback for strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years in hospitality, with at least 3 years as a General Manager at an international brand
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Proven financial expertise in sales, pricing, and revenue management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strategic thinker with effective communication skills
