Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
- Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a harmonious workplace through effective communication and resolution strategies.
- Manage employee training and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and promoting continuous professional growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational change and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Candidate
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
