We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team at An Nada, a leading player in the Catering, Food Service, and Restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our human resources operations, ensuring that our workforce is motivated, efficient, and aligned with our company goals. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture.
  3. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
  4. Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a harmonious workplace through effective communication and resolution strategies.
  5. Manage employee training and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and promoting continuous professional growth.
  6. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  7. Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  8. Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational change and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  4. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  7. A proactive approach to employee engagement and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
  8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  9. A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
