This role will be essential in designing and implementing HR strategies that support the development of new initiatives and projects within Qiddiya. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR incubating team in the development and rollout of HR strategies that support innovative projects and initiatives within the organization.
- Facilitate talent acquisition efforts, identifying and attracting top talent to support new and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and design tailored HR solutions that align with project objectives.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within project teams.
- Drive performance management processes specific to the incubating projects, ensuring that team members receive constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain metrics to measure the success and impact of HR initiatives within the incubating teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by implementing best practices in HR operations and project management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to build skills relevant to the unique nature of incubating projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while promoting a strong ethical workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of HR experience, with a focus on innovation, project management, or business incubation.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and the ability to adapt them to unique project needs.
