Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Villa Host to be the dedicated contact for villa guests, guiding them from arrival to departure with seamless, personalized service.

You will handle pre-arrival prep, review profiles for VIPs, arrange dining, spa and wellness experiences, and coordinate with resort departments to ensure a memorable stay while upholding privacy and high standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of luxury hospitality experience (villa operations, guest relations, front office, concierge).
• Experience in a luxury resort, villa, private residence or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong guest relations skills with ability to anticipate needs and create personalized experiences.
• Knowledge of Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Concierge and general resort operations.
• Familiarity with PMS and standard hotel systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the guest journey for assigned villas from pre-arrival through departure.

At SLS The Red Sea a villa stay is more than accommodation it s a highly personalized experience where every detail feels effortless As a Villa Host you will be the dedicated point of contact for our villa guests creating a seamless and memorable journey from arrival through to their final farewell

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the guest journey for assigned villas from pre-arrival preparation through departure
• Review guest profiles preferences VIP status and special occasions to prepare personalized experiences
• Conduct pre-arrival villa inspections to ensure cleanliness amenities maintenance and overall presentation meet SLS standards
• Personally welcome villa guests and support seamless in-villa check-in and check-out experiences
• Build genuine relationships with guests and act as their key point of contact throughout their stay
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate requests with relevant resort departments through to completion
• Arrange dining spa and wellness experiences resort activities transportation celebrations and other personalized experiences
• Coordinate in-villa dining minibar laundry luggage and other villa services as required
• Ensure villa amenities guest supplies and special arrangements are prepared according to guest preferences
• Identify opportunities to create memorable and personalized moments for guests
• Respond promptly to guest requests feedback and concerns and support effective service recovery
• Maintain accurate guest preferences requests and relevant stay information within hotel systems
• Stay informed of daily arrivals departures VIP movements resort activities and operational updates
• Coordinate departure arrangements including transportation luggage billing requirements and individual guest requests
• Maintain the highest standards of guest privacy discretion grooming and professional conduct
• Follow all SLS service standards operational procedures and health and safety requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within Villa Operations, Butler Service, Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, or a similar guest-facing role.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, villa, private residence, or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to anticipate needs and create personalized experiences.
• Good understanding of luxury service standards, guest etiquette, privacy, and discretion.
• Good knowledge of Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Concierge, and general resort operations.
• Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS) and standard hotel systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional presence.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
