Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Villa Host Supervisor to lead the daily Villa Host operation, delivering highly personalized luxury service and flawless guest experiences across the resort.

You will coordinate VIP arrangements, supervise Villa Hosts, train staff, and collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and Concierge to ensure every guest stay reflects the distinctive SLS service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, villa operations, or guest-relations roles.
• Experience with VIP handling, privacy and discretion.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Villa Host operations and ensure personalized luxury service.
• Allocate Villa Hosts based on arrivals, departures, and VIPs.
• Lead daily briefings and communicate guest preferences and priorities.
• Coach Villa Hosts with on-the-job training and feedback.
• Monitor performance and compliance with SLS service standards.
• Review guest profiles and special requests before arrival.
• Oversee pre-arrival villa inspections and presentation standards.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures, in-villa check-ins, and transportation.
• Build relationships with guests to personalize experiences and advise teams.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Concierge, and Engineering.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and service recovery actions.
• Record stay information in the Property Management System.
• Ensure proper handovers and stocked service areas.

At SLS The Red Sea every villa experience should feel seamless personal and effortlessly extraordinary As a Villa Host Supervisor you will lead the daily Villa Host operation ensuring every guest receives highly personalized and attentive service throughout their stay Working closely with the Villa Operations Manager and other operational teams you will guide the Villa Hosts oversee villa readiness coordinate VIP arrangements and ensure every guest interaction reflects the distinctive service and personality of SLS

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily Villa Host operation and ensure consistent delivery of personalized luxury service
• Allocate Villa Hosts based on arrivals departures VIPs occupancy and operational requirements
• Lead daily briefings and communicate guest preferences VIP movements special occasions and operational priorities
• Coach and support Villa Hosts through on-the-job training feedback and daily guidance
• Monitor team performance grooming and compliance with SLS service standards and procedures
• Review guest profiles preferences and special requests before arrival to ensure appropriate preparation
• Oversee pre-arrival villa inspections including cleanliness amenities maintenance minibar and overall presentation
• Coordinate seamless arrivals and departures including personalized welcomes in-villa check-in and check-out luggage and transportation
• Build genuine relationships with villa guests and identify opportunities to personalize their experience
• Coordinate closely with Front Office Housekeeping Engineering F amp B Spa Concierge Transportation and other operational teams
• Handle escalated guest requests feedback and concerns and ensure appropriate service recovery and follow-up
• Ensure guest preferences requests and relevant stay information are accurately recorded in the Property Management System
• Monitor shift handovers and ensure outstanding guest requests are clearly communicated and followed through
• Ensure villa service areas supplies and operational materials are properly stocked and maintained
• Maintain the highest standards of guest privacy discretion confidentiality and professional conduct
• Support the onboarding training performance and development of Villa Hosts

Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality preferably within Villa Operations Butler Service Guest Relations Front Office Concierge or a similar guest-facing role
• Previous experience in a luxury resort villa private residence or similar high-end hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards VIP handling guest personalization privacy and discretion
• Good knowledge of Front Office F amp B Housekeeping Concierge and general resort operations
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred
• Comfortable using Property Management Systems PMS and standard hotel systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
• Flexible proactive and able to remain composed in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
