Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Villa Operations Manager to lead the Villa Host team, ensuring seamless, highly personalized service from pre-arrival through departure. You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, Spa and Engineering to deliver the bold SLS experience.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury hospitality with 2–3 years in a managerial capacity, strong VIP handling and a proven ability to coach and develop guest-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of luxury hospitality experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Villa Operations, Butler/concierge service, or luxury guest-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of VIP handling, personalization, guest recognition and service recovery.
• Proven leadership in coaching, training and developing guest-facing teams.
• Good understanding of Front Office operations and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Villa Host operation delivering personalized luxury service and SLS standards.
• Mentor Supervisors and Hosts to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily villa operations—arrivals, departures, VIPs, special requests and guest preferences.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals with relevant departments and ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Conduct regular villa inspections for presentation, amenities and service quality.
• Engage with VIPs and guests to enhance memorable experiences and handle escalations.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement of villa experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles in the Property Management System.
• Lead daily briefings, manage staffing, scheduling, and costs.
• Identify upsell opportunities across dining, spa and resort services.
