Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is recruiting a Villa Operations Manager to lead the Villa Host operation and ensure seamless, highly personalized service from pre-arrival to departure. You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, Spa, and Engineering to deliver the bold SLS guest experience.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury hospitality with 25 years in a managerial capacity, plus strong English communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5 years luxury hospitality experience, including 25 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Villa Operations, Front Office, Guest Relations, or private residences.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service, VIP handling, personalization, and service recovery.
• Proven leadership in coaching, training, and developing guest-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Villa Host operation, ensuring personalized luxury service and SLS standards.
• Coach and develop Villa Host Supervisors and Villa Hosts to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily villa operations, including arrivals, departures, VIPs, and guest requests.
• Coordinate VIP movements with relevant departments and ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Conduct regular villa inspections to maintain presentation, amenities, and maintenance.
• Engage with VIPs, repeat guests, and guests celebrating occasions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the villa guest experience based on feedback.
