Qualifications

• Must have served as an IWSO for at least 250 hours.
• Must have flown IDS/GR4 within the last year.
• Management experience with proven ability to manage engineering personnel.

Responsibilities

• Train RSAF IDS pilots, WSOs, and instructors.
• Conduct mission planning training through all phases.
• May be selected as Standardization Evaluation flight Examiner.
• Assist aircrew on pacing themselves in performance tasks.
