Qualifications

• Strong experience in tissue/paper converting/cartoon manufacturing.
• Previous experience leading a Quality Management System (QMS) (ISO 9001, FSC-COC).
• Hands-on experience with tissue production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team (QC supervisors, inspectors, lab technicians).
• Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance product quality.
