Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical support for temporary mechanical circulatory support.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab, ICU, or CCU preferred.
  • Ability to roll up the sleeves and support physicians and patients anytime.
  • Availability for emergent patient care required.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical staff within the cath lab, OR and ICU.
  • Plan regular visits to monitor Impella program activities.
  • Enable and drive clinical performance in key centers.
  • Coordinate strategy with partners and lead clinical activities.
  • Initiate customer training programs to expand physician skills.

Purpose

Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision.

Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems strategy.

Applies theoretical knowledge of the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.

Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians initiatives.

Contributes to projects, programs, or processes for the Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians area.

Integrates methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians strategy.

Generates growth initiatives within the clinical sales area by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data-driven sales and customer retention strategies.

Attends to cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products.

Implements growth initiatives and improves competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

You will be responsible for:
Patient Support
  • supporting clinical staff within the cath lab, OR and ICU.
  • Plan regular visits to all sites with active Impella programs to monitor activity and select suitable patients for Impella Therapy.
Account Management / Account Training
  • Enable and drive clinical performance in key centers throughout the territory for all our indications.
  • Coordinate our strategy with partners, implement/lead clinical activities.
  • Initiate and coordinate customer training programs to develop/expand physician skills to drive the Impella adoption in active sites as well in new sites.
